What We Gather

We use the data to provide you with products and services, order processing, customer support, rebates, and marketing.

We also utilize third-party services to provide customized internal site search, to collect and remit sales tax, and to provide the best shipping rates possible. On occasion, Evotech Motorsports operates contests and giveaways with third parties. Information such as name, address, email address, and phone number may be disclosed in an effort to contact the winner and coordinate prize(s) delivery. In some cases, information like name and state may be announced publicly after gaining the winner's consent.
Evotech Motorsports also intermittently offers rebates on certain products. If you order a qualifying product, you must fill out a rebate form online or through an Evotech motorsports customer service representative to receive your rebate. All information on the form including name, address, email address, phone number, and invoice number will be disclosed to the manufacturer offering the rebate. Other information may be collected for marketing purposes. All data collected through the rebate form is done at the users’ consent to the Terms and Conditions of that specific rebate.
If subpoenaed or otherwise legally compelled, we will surrender any relevant personal information to the extent required by law.
